The Stakeholder Management Working Group aim to promote a positive image for the association and industry, and develop strong relationships with stakeholders. The group will aim to influence key decision makers within the industry and promote the importance of effective and efficient highways management and maintenance.
The group hosted a client event on 2nd June 2016, which show-cased the work and some of the outputs generated by the HTMA working groups. The programme covered a range of eight different topics.
